2025 OpenVMS Community Package Update

I received an invitation to download the community installation for VMS
9.2-3 today- Yay! The download is broken. Boo.

In the zip file image, the filename inside community.vmdk points to
X86_V923-community-flat.vmdk. Users will either have to rename
community-flat.vmdk to match that expectation or edit community.vmdk to
expect community-flat.vmdk.

You should have gotten an email yesterday with a link to the fixed zip file. I can verify that they fixed the file name but I haven't had time to spin up the VM to see if Pascal is there. VSI says they fixed that, too so I expect it's good now.

I did get the email but since I'd managed to fix it I hadn't paid much
attention- but Pascal makes a difference, I've got stuff to work on.
